Terms of service
Last updated 13 June 2026
These are the terms for using TableTango — our AI booking service for independent restaurants. They're written in plain English on purpose. By starting a pilot or using the service, you (the restaurant) agree to them. Questions: hello@tabletango.co.uk.
What TableTango gives you
Your own booking page where guests book a table 24/7 by chatting with an AI or using a form, a dashboard to manage those bookings, smart table assignment, and automatic confirmation and reminder texts. We set it up for you and host it; there's nothing for you to install.
Your free pilot, then pricing
- You can try TableTango free for 30 days, with no card details up front and no obligation.
- After the pilot, it's £29.99 per month, a flat fee — no per-cover fees and no commission, whatever your volume. Confirmation and reminder texts are included.
- Founding offer: the first 10 restaurants to join keep £29.99/month for as long as they stay with us, even if our standard price rises later.
- We'll always tell you clearly before your first payment is taken. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
Cancelling
There's no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel any time — just email hello@tabletango.co.uk and we'll stop your subscription from the next billing date. You won't be charged again, and we don't do partial-month refunds. When you leave, your booking page is switched off and we delete your data on request (see the privacy notice).
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details secure and let us know quickly if you think someone else has access.
- Use the service lawfully and don't misuse it (no illegal content, no attempts to break or overload the system, no reselling it as your own).
- Make sure the information you give your guests (opening hours, your policies) is accurate.

Availability
We work hard to keep TableTango running and reliable, and we monitor it. That said, it's an early-stage service provided "as is", and we don't currently promise a specific uptime guarantee. If something goes wrong we'll fix it as quickly as we can — usually the same day — and you can always take bookings by your usual means in the meantime.
Our responsibility to you
We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits or lost bookings), and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. If a change is significant we'll let you know by email or on the website, and update the date at the top. If you don't agree with a change, you're free to cancel.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
